Terms and Conditions

The short version: SAT Question Bank is a study tool for your own personal practice. Keep your account secure, don't misuse or copy the service, and understand that practice results don't guarantee any score on the real SAT. The full terms below are what apply.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

SAT Question Bank (the "Service") is operated by Efe Unal Atasoy ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including the website, practice tests, and your account. By creating an account, checking the box to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.
  • Accounts are personal. Don't share your account or let anyone else use it.
  • Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, sell, or publish the Service's questions, explanations, or other content;
  • use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts or data, or our systems, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or bypass any security, rate-limiting, or access-control measure;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the way its content is organized, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial study. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The notes, highlights, and answers you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you.

SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this Service.

6. Paid plans

Each new account can complete five fixed practice tests at no charge. Pro is a recurring subscription currently priced at USD 10 per month, billed monthly. The full question bank, timed tests, saved progress, and review tools are included while your subscription is active. Your subscription renews each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management link in your account menu; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current paid period. 7. No guarantee of results

The Service is a practice tool. Practice scores are estimates for study purposes only and are not official SAT scores. We do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your score or lead to admission to any school or program.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We work to keep questions and answer keys accurate, but errors can happen, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the version date above and ask you to review and accept the new Terms the next time you sign in. If you don't accept them, you may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America , without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.
